It's a Brownie, it's a Muffin


I have baked these brownie muffins at least 4 times (within 4 months). Simply love the texture and smell of these muffins. Chocolate lovers will like this! Thanks to Happy Home Baker for this wonderful recipe!


I have tried using Cadbury Gold Original Dark chocolate bar and Ghirardelli Intense Dark. As many bakers have suggested, it is best to choose the chocolate that you like to eat :) This is quite simple to put together. Minimal effort, maximum results - just what I like! :D My girl ate 2 at one go the first time I baked them! She is officially my dedicated food critic, and my happiest moment is to see the smile on her face after her food tasting session :)
